Terms

Van-Goh is an AI video studio. You write a short brief, add photos, screenshots or other material, and our software plans and makes a finished video you can download. AI makes the videos, so each one is new. Two videos from the same brief can differ, and a video can get something wrong. Watch it before you post it.

You sign in with your email address, using a one-time link or code. Keep access to your email safe, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You must be 18 or older. If you use Van-Goh for a company, you confirm you may agree to these terms for it.

Free videos. New accounts get 2 free videos, once per person. We may refuse free videos to accounts that look like the same person signing up again.

Credits. You buy credits once and use them when you need them. There is no subscription. A new video takes 10 credits and a change to a video takes 3. Unused credits don't expire. The prices are on the pricing page: in naira in Nigeria, in US dollars everywhere else.

Paying. You pay on the secure payment page of BACHS, our payment provider: by card or bank transfer in naira, or by card in US dollars. Your card details go to BACHS and never reach us. Credits are added once BACHS confirms the payment. If a payment doesn't match the purchase (a different amount or currency), we check it with BACHS before adding credits.

When a video fails. If a video fails on our side, its credits come back to your account by themselves. You only pay for videos you get.

Refunds. Credits can't be refunded once you've bought them, except where the law says they must be. A video you didn't like is not a failed video, but you can ask for a change in plain words.

What you upload stays yours. Your briefs, photos, screenshots, logos and clips belong to you. You let us use them only to make your videos, keep them in your studio and show them to you.

Your videos are yours. Once a video is made, you own it and may use it anywhere: social media, ads, your website, pitch decks. We won't show your videos or material as examples on our site, or use them in our marketing, unless you say yes first. We don't use them to train AI models.

You are responsible for what you upload and post. You must have the right to use everything you give us, including other people's logos, photos, music and footage. Check every video before you post it: you are responsible for what it says about your product.

No videos that:

• show or imitate a real person without their permission, or put words in their mouth
• invent reviews, customers, ratings or results
• break the law, or infringe someone else's copyright or trademark
• are sexual, hateful, violent or harassing, or involve anyone under 18 in a harmful way
• mislead people about money, health or safety

You also may not try to break or overload the service, get around its limits (including free videos), or resell access to it. We may stop a video, or close an account, that breaks these rules.

We work to keep Van-Goh running and your videos safe, but we can't promise it will never be slow or down. Van-Goh is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for lost profits or indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that can't be limited.

You can close your account at any time by writing to us. We may close an account that breaks these terms. If we ever stop Van-Goh altogether, we'll tell you at least 30 days before, so you can use your credits.

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we'll email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. Using Van-Goh after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms follow the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disagreements go to the courts of Lagos State, but please write to us first: most things can be fixed by email.
